Exercise suggestions??

Can anyone grant me some suggestions on a regular exercise program I could try? I am 5'7" and weigh in a minute 141 lbs...i enjoy lost in the order of 4 pounds exercising...doing primarily cardio...I combined a gym a few weeks ago and i looked-for to do something more than cardio...any suggestions? I want to lose a few inches and conceivably around 10 more pounds...so I know it won't be tough...I chiefly want to tone up...I'm doing apt near intake...close to smaller amount calories and lubricant per hours of daylight.
