Just started an Exercise Routine?

How long to see results in fundamental exercise. I want to do this slow and steady . I own hear you would gain better results if you did it slow and steady. I hold be doing work out video and stairmaster and walking . I am over shipment I know it too. The Dr told me to try and exercise previously she would suggest something to back me lose consignment. I step hindmost surrounded by a month to see the DR and I be a short time ago wanting to know if by consequently would I look diffrent.
