Hi, a short time ago give birth 4 weeks ago to a delicate toddler girl...be 13 stone, 5 foot 2(choc addiction ending few months of preg),be weigh at docs and am 11 stone 7 so would similar to to lose 2 stone... I am not breast feed, lots of trouble and give up final week. I want to start running again but be told i should keep on til 6 week check up?Is this the grip and if so, is nearby anything else i can do in the propose time? Thanks!
