ok im 18,5'7 and weigh 142 pounds. Im going to be starting college this winter. I wanna gain as much counterbalance as i can and bulk up but ive tryed working out and it never works. I'm thinkinbg nearly creatine or jus stick 2 protein shakes? and what exercises @ the gym and at home should i do? Will pushups work?
