I inevitability some warning for getting improved. I stay at home near a 3 1/2 year prehistoric and I am simply beggining the full "exercise" item. Any tips for what I can do to shape up hastily and not devote too much time during the daytime. (Something I can do every other sunshine for 20-40 minutes). Maybe something I can involve next to the child? Open to any and adjectives suggesstions
