My workout routine?
How long should I workout I workout for 4 weeks straight and I rest for 2 days and start doing that process over. Is it unpromising to workout that long? This is what I do, I do push ups,knuckle push ups, clapping push ups, diamond push ups, and one appendage push ups, 2 to 3 sets of crunches after crunches subsequently again in the afternoon, verbs ups, squats, shadow boxing, jump jacks 2 min. and jog 30 minutes.
Will I achieve stronger if I rest or will I catch stronger if I don't rest for 4 weeks.I also do streching.
Should I only workout for 5 days and rest 2 days and repeat?

You seem to be to be running a bit too rigid of a regime, especially for a 13 y/o. If you want to build muscles and strength, you obligation to rest your muscles... weights, pushups, and other strengthening exercises cleave your muscles down so that they can do from scratch stronger. sounds approaching a tight diary u run, i do the entire series of carmen electra strip torture aerobics every morning which take up roughly speaking 2.5 hours i with the sole purpose clutch a break on sundays to be in motion to church beside my bf, i integer he deserves 1 daylight a week beside me aside from home time...which get a HARD core sweat going..., might try a tae-bo dvd in nearby too, and look into a treadmill if your faddy something like jog (mine can bring to the fore up or down resembling i'm running down hillock or up mount )
i wold try a modern routine once in a while because your body have gotten used to the routuine and tereore does not five you matching results you started to recive on the begining but to be precise a unbelievably accurate plan

what your doing seem fine. But if you want big muceles afterwards rest 60 second after respectively set of push ups, knuckle push ups and so on. if you dont want ig muceles simply rest 15 second.

i vote specifically too much, or if you do it build sure u rest, muscles grow when they are resting so rest ATLEAST 2 times per week, but yes u will acquire results and it is upright u hold some cardio within in that as very well. hope this help
