Plus dont eat any potatos.. bread.. white vegtables or any second-hand goods food. or sourscream or anything near carbs... no soda singular liquid!!. and drink grapefruit liquid.. Plus hurry for give or take a few 1 or 2 hours a morning and do some crunches ... but don't over do it!! Also cause sure you bring back 10 hours of sleep respectively daylight :)
and hold 4 meal a daylight and own some in shape snacks within between..
Thats a fair and clean diet..
