5'2" 147 pounds. Exercise and/or diet?

I'd approaching to lose almost 10 pounds for immediately. I'm wondering the best approach. Should I focus more on my diet or exercise? I know both are crucial, but I don't do all right near suddenly shifting adjectives my behaviour. I've already lost 15 pounds, but I cant obtain pay for on track- bored next to outdated ways I guess. Thanks for your support!!

Don't drink abundantly of second-hand goods and exercise. Walking is great and it help your complete body. It will also produce your legs look pious. When I want to munch through something fattening I do. Just don't gap on it. Eat some of what you want. Good luck.
Since you don't want to do both which is the best and fastest way out; I would pick the exercise but you can't get through wild.

eat athletic low margarine food. drink lots of hose down. start exercising.

try a workout plan. it is a 70-75 min workout plan.

7-10min= stretching

15-20min= fly,Biceps Curl, Triceps Curl, Forward Arm Raise
(all these=30 repetations)

20-25min=Basic Crunch, Reverse Curl, Full Crunch, Squats, Rear Leg Lifts
(all these=30 repetations)

30min= yoga (try 6-8 postures, DO NOT forget to do the Corpse Pose after every pose)

doing yoga after 30 mins of walking or after any workout is really very very significant for loosing shipment.

if you are completely busy and dont own much time to spend 75-80 min for working out after dance for a 30min of walking and after do yoga. it works really awfully quick.

i enjoy lost 4.4 pounds within 14 days by following this workout plan.
