I've hear lots of nation make conversation roughly speaking the fabled "exercise big," and I sort of get the message what it's supposed to be, but I've never feel it until that time. I run on a regular justification, but it remains a miserable job regardless of intensity, duration, or frequency. The sole entry that keep me going when I run is the thought of not self so flabby. What exactly is this "high" runners chat roughly speaking and why am I not opinion it?

Most promising, its probably because you DREAD it so much that you aren't competent to perceive the "high". People who do perceive it probably ENJOY running already LoL. If I be you, I would try to start doing an assortment of exercise. It keep things more interesting and make you more potential to stick to it :)
