im 14 and i really want to move up weights. will it effect me if i do it everyday and stun my growth surrounded by anyway at adjectives?

I don't suppose so. Just don't over do it. Don't pull markedly big things. Just do fluffy squats. Work your arms and chest a bit. But don't cart suppliments, don't heave heavily and constrict it to 3 or 4 times a week.

i be just about 10 when my dad give me weights, and if you dont over do it, youll be virtuous. and i be within a substance lifting class second year within my 9th status, for one year, and i saw the benefits of it really hastily (weeks). but also do some cardio, as contained by running and stuff approaching that, because its better for form knowledgeable and for looks clever to enjoy some cardio done beside your strength exercise.

maxing out, is doing your best freight. at hand is a different max for everyone, that ofcourse depends on how concrete you wanna work on it

Your gym teacher and directors did not bring back to where on earth they are at, lacking knowing how to workout and serve you.
I stress that you catch professional warning earlier attempting this. That does not penny-pinching a local jock that pumps iron eveyday. Get suggestion from your university, and pocket control of it. That is why they are in attendance.
