I'm a 16 year elderly girl. nearly 5'4 and 151 lbs.
I purely get a Schwinn Airdyne and I'm planning on burning 300 calories on it (which took me a bit over an hour tonight cuz I didn't own a integral lotta energy) 6 days per week.
capably, at tiniest according to the calorie counter on the bike it will be 300
and I've be trying to cut down 500 calories a hours of daylight, too, but I'm not other sucessful.
How much counterweight would I lose per week if I burned the 300 calories a year and didn't cut out the extra 500 calories a year? And how much would I lose if I burned the 300 calories a light of day and DID cut of the extra 500 calories a afternoon?
I reckon have a better view of how much substance I might in fact lose will pass me some motivation. :)

First, at age 16, you should not diet in need the consent of your doctor. This is due to the certainty that you are still growing and inappropriate/improper dieting can interfere beside your growth. Please see your doctor and he will refer you to a nutritionist or a dietician for a natural freight loss diet.
Second, 300 calories a daytime for 6 days is a total of 1800 calories. For every pound you lose, you must cut out 3500 calories. So, at a loss of 1800 calories, you would lose approximately a partially pound per week. Of course, it would be more than this if you are also exercising.
Healthy consignment loss should be give or take a few 2 pounds per week. You lose it too hurriedly, you will gain it adjectives stern and next some...you may even find sick surrounded by the process. As I stated sooner, you are still growing. Please see your doctor for a locked and proper diet.
