I hear from some empire that continuously exercising one segment of your body (ex: similar to..agree to's speak..lots of leg lift for leg exercises or something) can in reality build it larger because it make the podgy spreads out...I don't know if it's true or not but I get pretty freaked out because I want to lose some leg solidity...NOT create them bigger...
