5'7 110 lbs too tight?

is that too skeletal? I devour nourishing and do some exersizing. I'm not smoothly this slight but lost weith through diet/exersize. I Think I look fine but everyone speak I should gain, but I'm relaxed the process I am. Am I unheathy? What do you estimate?

Sounds approaching you may be rather tight, but If you put away thriving afterwards its possible you purely hold a dignified metabolism, I'm a manly and I have duplicate problem I be 145 pnds and 5'10.. I am presently going on for 170 and still am not tubby. BUT I be outstandingly suprised at the speed that I gain the cargo. If you don't hold an intake disorder/under-eat, i am sure you are strong. some population are small boned and can be underweight lacking person ill.
