Better For Leg Muscles-Treadmills or Ellipticals?

I am not podgy at adjectives, so cardio does not really situation (Though they both proffer pious cardio). However, when it comes to building leg muscles which is better.

treadmills are incredibly influential at inclines.
also a stepper and gym bicycles are drastically important.

instead of jog or running, put the treadmill on an incline and bearing.
If cardio doesn't event, and you're trying to build leg strength, I wouldn't suggest any type of running contrivance. Do some squats or leg presses, or some other leg exercise near counterbalance.

But that's a short time ago my feelings...out of the two...I'd speak ellipticals. In veracity, though, If you have a feeling similar to running, progress running outside. You'll encounter areas where on earth the ground give (mimicking egg-shaped movement) and areas where on earth it doesn't.
