Losing 50lbs+?

I'm 5'3 and 200lbs i am going for a dream of losing 50-80lbs, But i be wondering, estimated by walking 4 hours at 2mph (breaks of course) i could lsoe around 1k calories, and i single stipulation approaching 840 calories to lose 1 pound, Is this a true estimate, could i really lsoe a pound a daylight?

Is in attendance any suggestions on how much to totter a daylight, or something of the sort?

Easy. Drop wheat and dairy products. That's how I dropped 30 pounds. Despite adjectives the TV ad, those foods aren't really all that dutiful for us anyway.
It take 3500 cals to drop a lb- not 840.
And, if you're serious roughly walking, we did this on our soaring academy wrestling troop to formulate a consignment class.
Get some saran wrap, and wrap it around your torso (from simply above the breast to your waist). Wear sweats over top of this and get going your exercise. You will sweat slightly a bit contained by the plastic, so don't forget to rehydrate.
Be guarded...no crash diets.
