Will this create me lose inches?

ve been doing 3 days a week of indoor cycling, 1 pilates, i step class and one stability orb class every week. Ive been doing this for over a month immediately and haven't noticed any lose of inches nonetheless.... will i start soon... if i keep it up beside healthy intake and lots of water?... im kinda getting frustrated.... so any tips will comfort me out. Ive kinda had a couple of days of fruitless eating.... so i presume im back where on earth i started..? so anyways any helpful tips will support out. also, i can't change my routine because i signed up for adjectives these courses.

Answers:    u dont have that much to lose so it may thieve a little longer to see results, but ur doing the right things merely stick with it in the future could just be the daylight that u see great results (could be any day who knows) basically stick with it u cant in recent times say o all right i had a doomed to failure day of drinking that should not be an option
