If I exercise 8 week intensely can I capture 2 weeks sour?

If I do that will I still feel fitting and if i eat lots of protein during the 2 weeks will I still be strong and muscular? Please if you are a pro trainer or know all in the order of this can you please explain to me? Thanks.


Answers:    two weeks off will not be detrimental to regimen but you will lose a some of your aquired fitness and strength and it will bring a few weeks after to get pay for to your peak previously you stopped simply because your muscles arent being used.

Eating lots of protein contained by your time off won't really assistance and will most likley be stored as fat as you are not using it to repair your muscles. Your best bet would be to stay near a balanced diet but cut back on your daily calorie consumption

I would suggest not taking a couple of weeks rotten but may be reducing your intensity/ frequencey of training. Im going on Holiday in a few months for two weeks but I fully intend to achieve some sort of exercise during this time even if its not hitting the gym 4/5 times a week like I do at the moment basically simply to keep myself "ticking over" as it be. You can do effective workouts within under 20mins you simply have to hold the right programme.

One if you do work out intensly for 8 weeks you'll probably end up craving working out, it can return with a bit addictive you might just verbs anyway.
