When is the right time to supply plate on my weights?

I gain muscles through weighlifting but im not satisfied, I want it more bigger and harder. I am a newbie, no trainer and I am drinking supplements.

how should i know that its time for me to give plates?


Answers:    if you find the weights is not heavy anymore and you can do upto
16-24 repetitions beside out the shaking. then you stipulation to add plates.
because if you wont the muscle will not develop further.
do it slowly okay?!
