I enjoy be dealing near depression for more or less 2 years and since the establishment of i started staying up adjectives hours of darkness until 8 am and would sleep adjectives daylight, presently I move about to bed in the order of 3 am and I rouse up at 10 to scrutinize my nephew, but i still can't run to sleep until something like 3. Last darkness i couldn't sleep until in the order of 5 am and i didn't wake up up until 4 pm today. Once i am asleep i don't enjoy trouble staying asleep but, sometimes i own trouble wake up.

why am i relating u this? because i have this problem for years and even if i be tired, i used to ruminate too much.
