I obtain more or less 28-30 grams of fiber each day. is here a hold back? Can too much fiber surrounded by your diet be unfavourable?

Well, too much of anything can be potentially noxious, but the each day recommended amount is 25g for a 2K calorie diet and 30g of fiber for a 2,500 calorie diet so you are probably fine where on earth you are as long as you are not consumption some grossly low amount of food close to 1,000-1,500 calories per light of day.
can't be unwholesome. But fiber make you.. produce methane =)

ADDED: YOu won't die of ingestion 2 apples, 2 oranges, 2 peaches, 2 carros, 3 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers a year. And it must be over 100 grams of fiber in that =)
Go get through a bunch of dried prunes or apricots and see. It can dehydrate you if you get through too much fiber, it will verbs too much sea from you. Make sure you drink ample dampen to compensate for the extra fiber you are consuming. Generally the more fiber the better. As most inhabitants don't drink effective satisfactory.
