for ladies lone..my girlfriend desires to know how copious pushups can you do..PROPER pushups!! not female push ups beside legs cavernous apart or knees on the ground.According to Oprah or the guy on her show ..it be said that a able-bodied feminine of 30 years antediluvian have to do 45 LADY pushups..but i wanna know how plentiful Proper pushups the average women of 30 years can do..

I'm going on 27. I can drop and do 50 if I hold to. But I across the world do 2 or 3 sets of 10 (you really don't enjoy to wreck yourself to carry a clothed workout).
I am average shipment. About 135 to 140lbs, 5'3" 27% body corpulent. A little chubbier than I'd close to to be, but I'm fit, strong and I play soccer on the side twice a week.
I work out something like 3 or 4 times a week. Cardio,weights and such. I close to food, but I try to preserve it at 1200 Calories.
As a file to the CHILDREN who own replied, women lose seriously of upper-body strength (in proportion to the rest of them -- we do develop strong legs, though) as they capture elder. This tend to see within around large institution.
If you want to stay strong, hold working out very soon and verbs flawless behaviour into old age.
