If I do massive workout next to massive diet, will I bring the body I want contained by a month?

I am 23, 6`4 soaring,weigh 93 kgs, BMI 25.1. I do not look similar to a vastly muscular guy or somebody who does workout. I dont want bulk. I want to achieve cut. I am doing dumbbells 25 reps x 4 sets per exercise to draw from more cuts. I merely want to know whether I will know how to kind it within a month?
