I cant take stronger?

ok i bench press 55 pounds near 10 sets of ten, 3 times a week, i drink whey protien. i hold be doing it for in the order of two and a partially weeks immediately and i am seeing no results at adjectives. What am i doing wrong?and i and im 12 years old
