Im disabled and cant walk/excercise how can i lose 28llb?

after have a principal motor crash i enjoy a fractured pelvis and hip and leg bone, i cant run or step, how can i lose mass.dr have said i cannot walk to gym.

Have a look at the South Beach Diet. I own lost over 3 stone by following this. The first stage is fairly tough but after that it is undemanding to follow.
I get through really ably and love my food so this is not a diet for those who exist on bread and hose down but provides indisputable choice and apt helping.

I would enjoy said swimming but I guess you may hold a plaster die on so that`s out of the request for information .. I'm not sure what you can do physically, but you can drink a bit in good health and possibly cut your calories/kilojoules if you're intake a bit over.

How give or take a few swimming? be cautious though you've be through a great deal
eat a Healthy diet large surrounded by fiber drink plenty of hose hold veggies for snacks and avoid anything next to calories and fat.

Diet and keeping a food diary so you can keep track of how oodles calories you are ingestion. Also drinking a chalice of wet past respectively spread make you full quicker.

BREAKFAST:

A bowl of devout cereal (Kellogs adjectives bran)( 1 metric cup)

Add skim milk ( Skinny , Physical No Fat , Tone , etc)



MORNING TEA: Small serve of fruit salad = 1 serve of fruit



LUNCH: 2 slices of wholegrain bread or a wholegrain roll

Add - one protein food such as :

- skinless chicken ( 80g)

- tuna or salmon tinned in hose down (100g)

- an egg (max 2 per week)

- baked beans / legumes - 1/2 cup


Add - as much salad or vegetables as desired ( not illustrious GI)


Either construct yourself a sandwich or hold bread x 2 + protein food + salad / vegetables in any form you close to.



AFTERNOON TEA: 200grams of low heavy yoghurt + fresh fruit salad ( small serve)



DINNER: Divide your plate into three section:

One box - include as masses vegetables / salad as desired (not lofty GI)

One part - make a payment small serve of pasta , or low /mod GI rice or sweet potato

- pasta & rice is approximately 1/2 cup once cooked

One slot -One protein food:

- skinless chicken (100g)

- fresh or tinned fish (150g)

- an egg dish ( max 2 per week)

- lentils / legumes - 1/2 cup


Dinner = vegetables/salad + starchy food + protein
