kk..i merely wanna lose bout 5-10 pounds to capture rid of my heaviness...i want to lose it prompt becaouse my best friends is have a birthday group soon...HELP!

im 15 and i weigh 90. and i hold somme meat im not close to super skinny and im 5;2 lol capably i run everyday for 15 min it help so much.
