i changed my intake. i have to for my nexium ws going so hi. since doing this i've lost over 36lbs since may. the 1st week loosing 10 lbs, Grilled or baked meat, & lots of veggies, steamed or natural,or even cooked w/little grease. lots of salads. no sweets, except on special occasions( & i allowed myself to a treat after i'd lost 15 lbs.) & in a minute & afterwards. no bread.
i be hurting. i be swelled,& feel awful ,it's better to grain awful , & be thinner than to have a feeling awful & be overweight, i enjoy fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue syndrome,so when i started fancy better, 1st piece i did, be redecorate this house, my husband said it be more work than i've done contained by yrs.
