How do you build muscle while trying to remove podgy from your body?

I am 6 foot 1 13 stone 8 pounds. 40inch chest 34 inch waist 12inch arms. I want to try and build my body to read at most minuscule 2 inches bigger on chest arms shoulders etc, but achieve my waist size down to 30-32 inches.

If anyone have any philosophy of how to do this consequently please facilitate. Need to know what exercise programs to do, what food to drink and supplements to rob.

I play basketball once a week and walk to the gym 3 times per week. My position just requires highly little animation!

One point at a time. While you want to do both, you'll enjoy to resolve if you want to lose the obese first or gain the muscle first. For serious gain, its adjectives down to priorities.

If you're looking to slim down (I go from 36" waist to 32" since Jan) after start drinking to lose plump. Muscles may be built contained by the gym but your six pack is definately living in the kitchen somewhere.Cardio is adjectives within this good opinion as economically (seems you are doing very well here anyway) and a strength training program will definately support.

If you're looking to put on muscle next its adjectives down to intake relatively like mad, trait mass building exercises at the gym and plenty of rest.

Decide what you want to jump for first and things will become clearer.
