Working out right since going to bed?

I am currently trying to obtain into shape after attainment moderately a bit of counterbalance over the second few years. I own be working out on the treadmill roughly speaking three times a week or more. The solitary point is I am doing it right previously I stir to bed because I would not rouse myself up to do it. Doing it right past bed is better than not at adjectives right?
Also, I am simply burning something like 170-200 calories per workout. Is this okay since I am lately starting out?

When you work out, your muscles still are working for some time after. When you dance to sleep right afterwards, what's the point in working out? working out back bed is fine but i own trouble sleeping sometimes when i do because it wake me up.but 200 calories is dutiful but it also depends on how lots you rob surrounded by respectively daytime also...
