How oodles calories should I burn day by day via work out and singular work out?

im thinking 200max of cardio , what do think? (cant afford the gym for weights so i of late brisk saunter or jog)
im 5f4
117lbs
i dont want to lose weight(im on low carb already), i a short time ago want to be toned.

Toning is losing shipment. But walking and/or jog will get hold of you the results you want. Another thought is to do some pilates video, those are great for what you want and at hand are a bunch of well brought-up ones on youtube adjectives free try some out.
