ok... my friend is wanting to lose consignment. dont ask me why because she is really skinny. so she asked me what a pious in good health, diet and exercise plan would be. i read alot of allure and form books so thats probably why she asked me. this is what i told her... i give her some idead of really sound food blablabla and give her her diet plan and the rules for the diet. for her workout plan i told her to exercise 4 times a week for an hour respectively time. i said for warmups to do 20 pushups, 30 situps, 50 jump jacks and stretches. she already runs around her block once on sit. and sun. she isnt contented. she desires an actual workout and diet plan. please help out me! she is really intractable and stubborn close to me and if she dosent draw from a fully clad answer who know what she might do?? i'm worried shes gonna become approaching anerexic or bulimic or something. please leev alot of details. i would greatly appreciate it. thanx. oh by the opening shes 15.
