My friend -- while it is true that glorious level of cortisol may be coupled to substance gain, maintain surrounded by mind that stress is a highly remote second compared to sedentary lifestyles and excessive calorie consumption, which absolutely DO contribute to solidity gain. If I be you, I would consider the plentiful other perceptible reason why you may be overweight. Lifestyle, diet, et cetera -- adjectives these play a much larger role than mere stress. If you are still consumed by this cortisol-weight loss suggestion, later liberate your money and do yoga. Or, do something relaxing. Or, find ways to sleep and rest more.
