Answers: I've lost nearly 40lbs so far.
Replace all of the crap food within your life beside better choices (wheat breads, lean meats approaching turkey and chicken, fresh fruits, cut out sodas, etc). You know how to eat, in a minute apply it. Before you eat something, have an idea that "Would an athlete eat this?"
Workout EVERY DAY. Even if you a moment ago rush through 3 sets of pushups or walk for 20 minutes. No excuse. Missing a work out should generate you feel as doomed to failure as if you forgot to brush your teeth in the morning.
I've seriously cut put money on drinking regular soda A LOT and have be drinking water and the bulk is falling off. I don't exercise any.
I own an ectomorph type body and want to gain LOTS of muscle mass. How?
