Has anyone ever gone on a diet where on earth they cut out adjectives bread?

i'm doing this and it seem to be working really ably. i also do (2 hours of soccer four times a week, so that probably help to). but anyway, how much solidity did u lose while going on a diet where on earth u didnt drink any bread? (like, how much per week?) and how much did u orginally weigh?

I'm doing Atkins, and I've cut out not one and only bread, but also pasta, grain, potatoes and sugar. That be over two years ago. I started out at 235 lbs, very soon I'm 175 and still losing.
GIRL! WHen I be surrounded by the military I go on this entry for a week where on earth I didn't munch through anything by a big fruit salad for breakfast, 2 bowls of veggies for lunch and 2 specs of tea. and for dinner I have a serving of meat and 2 vegies and 2 glasees of cold appetizing Iced Tea. (excuse me if my typing is slurred, my mouth is watering)... But I lost 7 pounds that week. Just in time for my depart endorse to run home. Oh yeah, I started at 164 on Monday and Friday evening I be 157.
I own not cut out ALL bread, simply white and processed bread. I still guzzle WHOLE pellet bread, rice, pasta, it does not own the fattening effect of the other stuff.
