Don't think as your ingestion habits as a diet which you hope to stop when you loose adequate weight, they don't work. The individual way for you to loose hang about like what i am achieve now is to metamorphose your whole time style for life.
I am intake a low GI intake and type 2 diabetes diet.
I no longer eat any dairy or wheat as this can sit surrounded by your stomach and swell which a lot of society don't release.
Don't eat between meal except fruit and eat zilch after 7pm.
Try slow realising foods.
Eat smaller amounts.
Exercise is the key, you don't hold to go crazy and amalgamate a gym go for walk, cycle or join aerobic class etc
Buy a tablets ball and some 1-1.5 kg weights to preserve fit at home.
I go to boxing training and do as lots crunches, weights,medicine bubble and spar as much as possible at home. Starting running when i get rid of chest cold

Is healthy ingestion and regular exercise............... and making sure you eat everything surrounded by moderation!
Also finding out how much you are meant to weigh as empire have a impressively weird perception somethimes of in fact what they are meant to weigh! It have to be a natural freight for you! Good luck x
