How does "Weight Gainers" work and how/when should I drink it?

I'm a 25 masculine, 5'3, and weigh at give or take a few 125 Lbs., and I really want to build some tone all over. I not long brought this "Weight Gainer 1850", but I'm worried I'll cart it and return with chubby. It doesn't really explain how to pilfer it so that it works on the jar or anything.
