Where do you adjectives feel i will be if i run 2miles 3 days a week?

this is the work out plan run 2 miles 3 days a week. do pushups give or take a few 20 3days a week. and crunches everyday except sundays . where on earth do u ponder i will be within body shape and consignment?

Well, if your a short time ago starting out it will do wonders for you, but the problem is your body will go and get used to this workout and it won't be really offensive for you anymore, so you will requirement to add on mileage and speed or interval training.
