ok so i have asked oodles questions resembling this but i cant really find the right answer. Ok so what i want to know is if i can lose overall body fat but i mostly want to procure a flat stomach (but because areobics does not target a specific part of your body its basically going to do overall body fat) and if I can gain muscle at the same time. And i will be taking a protein shake beforehand and after my work out.
My work out is this
*Bench,Curls, Tricep extentions, and front and side laterall raises.
* Run 1 mile on tread mill
* stationary Bike 3 Miles
* submerge rope 5-10 min
*Protein shake before and after lifting
In between days
* squats,cleans,Leg extentions
* run 1 Mile treadmills
* staionary BIke 3 miles
* drop rope 5-10 min
*Protein shake before and after lifting
I also do 100 crunches everynight beforehand bed
I just entail to know if im just going to burn stale everything I take within and it not getting to my muscles and wasting my time and money on the protein shakes.
Answers: Firstly, kudos for having such great motivation to shape up your body. I have a sneaking suspicion that that you are doing everything right so far. The only article you need immediately is a good diet and leniency.
I assume that you are a guy (by the name jake). The down in the dumps truth is that you can never lose fat from a specific slice of your body. The only process to do that is to lose overall body butter. And even sadder for guys, is that the belly is the FIRST place fat go to, and the LAST place it burns off from. (For ladies, this horrible location is the buttock and thighs)
Crunches simply build up the muscles at your stomach. But if the belly solid still sits over the muscles, it's not going to show up. Protein shakes help contained by building muscles FASTER. Has nothing to do fat-burning. So I proposal to lose the fat first earlier building the muscle. But some people do both at like time... perhaps because they want to build up their arm muscles (where the cooking oil is easier to lose).
You won't lose everything you eat, explicitly if you eat adequate. Every food has it's nutritional utility. The aim of exercising is to burn off excess calories. The protein that you devour will not be burned off as long as you hold enough carbohydrate and plump to sustain your energy requests.
So the only opening to lose that belly fat is to verbs your aerobic exercises. Don't despair if the rest of your body gets leaner previously your belly does. Just keep going. And drink right too!

Takes time i guess...U have to lose more cals than what u appropriate, so that ur body will use the fat to convert into cals.
If u do adjectives that work out and go home and munch through chunks of fat food, it wouldnt serve.
