One hour of exercise add two hours onto your energy. Is it worth it?

According to a study discussed through the link below, one hour of vigourous exercise add approximately two hours onto your life.
http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/0003.htm
Now in that are a lot of reason to exercise besides extending your life : to be aware of good, to look obedient, to treat or prevent other health problems that might not drop but lower your quality of duration, etc.
But if it's just to increase your duration span and this study is correct, it doesn't seem worth it. Do the math. If you exercise every light of day for an hour for seventy years you add nearly three years onto your life. Or another totalling would be is that you would have to exercise twelve hours to attach one day !
Is it worth the try, IF ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS LIVE LONGER ?!
Very interested in your opinion of the study and if it's valid whether it's worth exercising an hour to live two hours longer.

Answers:    I read this many years ago. Jim Fix be a long distant runner and his body fat be zero. He be young when he died of an instant heart attack. In the article it said that a "couch potato" would die four years in the past a person who have done all the right things, ate adjectives the right foods, and just a unflawed specimen a well trained full-size. So is it worth it to train all your duration and say live to be 70 and the coach potato will receive it till he is 66 with no exercise, consumption nothing but wringing wet fat meat, smokes, drinks, up adjectives hours, or whatever.
But the kicker is the certainty that concerns quality of life span. Which one of these two guys would you think have the best quality of life span, and always stirring, and felt close to a million bucks.
I don't believe that every one hour of exercise you live 2 hours longer. But figuratively speaking... the look that you get as an outcome may result contained by 2 hours you live happier. You feel better... and bring a better public reaction. And you may live longer, as for not man obese that is.
