Thank you enormously much for your help. This will be an trouble-free 10 points. A thorough answer is needed.

P.S. I am asking for him because he is blind and cannot type. Just addressing this because citizens have said rude things when I enjoy asked this before. I want you feelings...

Answers:    1 gram per pound on protein.
There is very little concrete evidence of how much protein we really entail. But the concensus out there seem to be that the average person requests about 1.5 gram of protein for every Kg of body bulk. Protein should be consumed throughout the day, so that the body other has it available when needed. Stick to lean proteins, such as fish, egg whites, nuts, to avoid excess plump which can lead to solidity gain. However, realize that protein is also an energy source. So, if it is not burned as joie de vivre it will be stored as fat. Hope this help.
