Nothing seem to work...shape probelms?

um...i look ok in the morning b4 i've eat anything and if i wear my sch uniform and other clothes that cover up most of the stuff, i look ok too -not supermodel foolproof or anything, all right, i guess-, but i really wanna drop inches from my thighs and tummy. sadly, my thighs are almost muscle except for podgy on the sides, which is almost impossible to shed. i tried working out in the sch gym...feel honest, slept effortlessly, but still no freight loss or shape difference. Right presently i'm single interested in shape toning in time for december.., inflict i'm planning to bring up sailing and i'm NEVER wearing a swimsuit in my current condition...

any tips? i can't use my sch gym much very soon thx to EOYS so stuff u can do at home will be lately nice. thankfulness =)
