Can adjectives calories stunt growth?

I am 14 years prehistoric and I am trying to gain into a bit better shape by adjectives a few claroies and replacing more meal next to fruits and veggies. Just wondering of adjectives my regular calorie intake from anywhere from 1000-1400 per sunshine to 800-1000 a year? would be especially appreciated if anyone can aid.
