I am 16 and 5"3 and a bit overweight. I hold only just started growing, so i be wandering what would be a upright amount of exercise etc... and food. At the moment I do 15 mins of intense jog and ALOT of walking around campus everyday . I drink nearly 2 L of marine a time and drink a moderetley sensinble lifestyle. does anybody enjoy any warning on how i should increase this and am i doing too little exercise? will it affect my growth? gratefulness alot!

It won't affect your growth. But increase the amount of cardio you do from 15 mins to roughly speaking 45 mins.
