I don't enjoy time to exercise. My individual exercise is walking for 15 mins. in the morning and another 15 mins. when going home. I'm working in the morning and I'm working also at dark that's why I don't own time to move about to the gym. I with the sole purpose own 4 hours of sleep. Some say-so it be one of the reason why I'm have solidity problems. Please serve me. Thanks
