Building muscle while adjectives body chubby...analyze my current situation?

Currently, I am working out 5 days a week, for just about an hour and 15 minutes respectively light of day. My workout is currently involves no cardio, a moment ago counterweight training. It is a sort of rigorous split-body
workout that consumes adjectives of my available time at the gym, so don't recommend count cardio -I hold no time for it.

As I hold simply just now begin this regiment, I haven't made any significant gain on the other hand. So, surrounded by the start, my goal are to build muscle and lose some body fleshy. Some would say aloud that these are conflicting goal as one involves beneath consumption , and the other involves overeating to bulk up. Logically, as more muscle equates to more calories burned, however, I am confident that the two can be done simultaneously. Furthermore, I plan on introducing a post workout whey protein shake that would replace dinner, thus assisting in both of my goal.

Am I on the right track? I would appreciate tips and comments that you enjoy.

What I can voice is that to build up muscles you don't requirement fat,
and to lose body tubby, you should chomp through non fatty meal.
So the crux is exclude fat from your diet (fats=oils, cheese, etc.) and intake possibly sufficient amounts of protein rich, vitamin rich, and carbohydrate full of meal.
This will force your body plump to be used up.

Have you ever hear of Bill Phillips? He wrote the book "Body for Life". Excellent book. I used to be a trainer at a gym and a body builder. In the golden days, it be working your tail ending bad to capture results. I used to work out 3 hours a hours of daylight, 6 days a week. Upper body building sooner or later and lower the subsequent. I would alternate. Studies immediately show that you could be dangerous your body more by doing so. Read the book. Bet you'll return with what you're looking for lacking have to work so not easy.
