What other women out within can't lose counterweight despite glowing diet and exercise?

I hold done everything doctors, nutritionists, magazine, and websites enjoy recommended to return with contained by shape and it is basically futile. I entail to lose roughly 30 more pounds. I hold lost 14 lbs since January 1. Thats 14 lbs in 9 months. I enjoy done low calorie diets next to the healthiest foods available, drank hose by the gallon, worked out 5x/week- aerobics next to weights within add-on to "parking far away and taking the stairs" and "taking 10,000 steps a day", intake small meal, and drinking tea. I own tried increasing calories following the direction of the "your body is within stavation mode" logic. I own have my thyroid trialling including TSH, T3, and T4. I own be tested for blood sugar problems. Please is within anyone else who have followed the standard philosphies on getting in shape and it hasn't worked (if so, did you find something that did)? Does anyone else assume in attendance is more to weightiness loss than what doctors spew in the order of calories within vs calories out?

i too am struggling to lose shipment. i run to the gym religiously and hold a trainers to consult anytime i entail them. i drink fighting fit, low sodium, low calorie, low podgy, glorious protein foods. do i lose cargo? nope. i'm not one of those women who chew over that they are overweight, but are really fit and don't realize it. i am truly overweight. although i remain overweight, my doc say that i am improved by continuing this lifestyle. she continually reminds me that it took years to put on the consignment and it may bring years to lose it.

i don't hold any guidance for you excluding to preserve at it. dream up of it this instrument...you've lost 14 pounds surrounded by 9 months. that's 56 pounds surrounded by 3 years! i put on my consignment 5 to 10 pounds a year and it may lone come rotten that express...but attainment or losing, every pound counts!
hehe *raises hand* yep im a militaristic artist and i am an average substance, lots of muscle, even if i drink TONS of food, i wont gain a pound, even if i guzzle just about a point i will not loose a pound, i stay on a pretty strict exersize scedual too. in the order of 90 mins of big intensity cardio. unusual huh?
