No muscle gain after 3 months!?

HI :) I've be working out for 3 months and I enjoy not gain any muscle!
Is at hand a principle for this or what could i be doing wrong?

You're unmistakably doing something wrong, but what i.e. with the sole purpose you would know. Maybe you're not taking in adequate protein. Or not getting plenty sleep. Or your workout routine requests work. Or you're had it out frequently adequate, or possibly too much.
Don't walk for max raise, try using smaller weights and doing more reps, try ingestion more protien.

depends on the type of workout regimen you own. what's your body type in a minute? flabby, skinny? if you're large, you gotta lose the bulge previously you can even see muscle. do lots of cardio. if you're skinny, you gotta drink a great deal too. protein shakes are devout. purely be consistent contained by your workouts. dont rush it or you can spoil your muscles. remember, when you work out, you're literally ripping your muscles so they can do from scratch itself bigger and stronger. protein help restructure the muscle. this is why you usually want to rest anything muscle you worked for a time for recouping. alter the muscle groups you work and set a agenda for respectively muscle workout for the week. im sure you can find a perfect diet and workout routine online. check out men's fitness magazine or online. or women's fitness if you're a girl.
