Answers:    You just do it.... convince yourself it is not an opportunity to fail.
I dunno. . . merely get out of bed and put on your tennis shoes? That's what I do. . . roll out of bed moaning and once my shoes are tied I turn on a youtube video of something I am working towards. . . man in shape for kayaking this summer. I find though that if I don't do it first entry in the am it only doesn't get done at adjectives.
