my usual workout is i do a thighs of steel video, consequently an as of steel video, afterwards i hurry give or take a few a mile and a partially later i alternate jog and brisk walking another mile and a partly (3 miles together) after subsequent on i bearing 1 more mile
but im sick of it ahhh! i dont mind the rest of it but the item i dislike intensely the genuine most it the thighs of steel video
so if i still do the abs of steel video and i do the jog and walking, but i exchange the thighs of steel video beside a 6 mile bike ride, near it still backing tone my outher thighs?
and another critical piece, will i lose anyof the muscle i own already built up?
