1,200-1,500 calories/day collation plan.?

I dislike intensely counting calories. So, does anyone know of a glowing spread plan that consists of just 1,200-1,500 calories/day?

I am on impossible to tell apart calorie restriction. Here is my ordinary on a daily basis menu:

Breakfast - One bagel near bedside light cream cheese (About 300 Cals) A cup of coffee beside a table spoon sugar and low butter milk (About 120 cals)

Lunch - 2 cups special K cereal and one cup low portly milk (About 250 cals)

Snack - One cup Dyers Vanilla Ice Cream (240) or 3 hersheys miniatures (about 120)

Dinner - Can of Green Beans (60) Table spoon lite margrin (40) A protein (250-400) and if I am still beneath I will own a dinner roll (100)

By following this I own room for little cheats here and in attendance.
