How do you know if you are getting plenty aerobic exercise, per week, for common overall strength?

I don't hold a substance problem, but I want to insure I am getting at most minuscule the minimum amount of daily/weekly aerobic exercise, for a on top form heart. Is at hand an just the thing time that your heart rate should be at a unshakable horizontal? I run 2 miles per sunshine (which is roughly 20 min. on the treadmill).
